Both. Most repairs, installations and network jobs are done at your home or office, and we can also collect and return a machine within the local area.
How quickly can you respond to a fault?
Remote support is usually within minutes during working hours, and on-site visits are typically the same day for local calls.
Do you give a written quotation before starting work?
Yes. We diagnose first and send an itemised quotation. Work begins only once you approve the cost.
